Creating New Web Application in Share point Server 2010
Fallow below mentioned Steps
Click on Start Menu
Click on All Programs
Select Microsoft Share point Products 2010
Click on Share Point 2010 Central Administration
Enter Credentials Your System Credentials
Ex: UserName : administrator
Password : 123456
Right Side Top in Ribbon Click On New
Enter Title,Description,Portal Name,Application Name and Managed Account Name
Click On Ok
Click on Create Site Collections
Enter Title Description and Choose Template
Enter Primary Collection Administrator Useraname
Click On OK
Click on OK or Click on URL appeared in POPUP
Enter Credentials
your site is Created ..
